Return & Refund Policy

At GlowandBeauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item, size, or color
- Your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, with tags still attached (if applicable)
2. Reporting a Problem
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must contact us within the following timeframes:
- Damaged or incorrect items: within 3 days of delivery
- Missing orders: if your order has not arrived within
- 45 days for U.S. orders
- 60 days for orders to France, Canada, or the U.K.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem (for damaged or incorrect items)
3. Return Instructions
In most cases, we do not require a physical return of the product. If a return is necessary, we will provide return instructions by email. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Refunds and Replacements
Once we’ve reviewed your request:
- If approved, we will offer either a full refund, replacement item, or partial refund, depending on the situation
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval
- Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the funds
5.Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, worn, washed, or damaged clothing cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, dresses must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition and packaging
- With all original tags still attached
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return or refund.
